I ordered this 8x8 ft custom backdrop from Lofaris for my eldest grandchild’s college graduation. I designed it, using one of their ready made designs as the foundation, and added the photo collage and wording. After receiving their very timely rendering for my approval, I gave my approval to begin the process. The process stage, was quick, and I received the notification of shipment! I was looking at it during that notification, and to my horror, I realized that there were typos that I had overlooked before giving my approval! I contacted them immediately, and they offered to print a brand new one without the errors, also letting me know that they would intercept the shopped backdrop. I was prepared to have to pay double for another backdrop, but the charged me only a small fraction of the total!!! I am so grateful to them for doing this because this was a once in a lifetime event, and they are my heroes for saving the day!!! The backdrop was everything I hoped for, and the customer service was amazing, to say the least!

The frame was very sturdy, and so compact! I couldn't believe how small the carrying case was. It was easy to set up and take down. The frame was delivered in a week, and we live in Alaska! I was so surprised. I'll order from Lofaris again.

We had wonderful service from Lofaris. Everything looked as expected, and was good quality. The package came very quickly. We hang wreaths from the top of the backdrop. The graphics side looked great. The wooden background that you see was a bit blurry/pixelated, but looked great in the pictures.

Decent fabric, good stitching. Excelent print quality. It attaches with velcro with adhesive on the back, top and bottom. It is a point of ware and tear if you are trying to get multiple uses out of the sheet.

I got this backdrop for my daughters, bridal shower and it was a hit! It has a really soft texture on the front, the design is clear and looks really nice! I was gonna hang out on a stand, but decided to put a stick through it and hang it over our TV and a completely hit it! I added some balloons on each end to cover the stick up, and it turned out really cute!
