At Lofaris, we value our customers so much and we hope you like the product you ordered! However, in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return and refund process very simple.
Can I make some changes to the custom backdrop after I place order?
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note the non-returnable items:
Customized and printed backdrop: For these items, we only provide returns if the quality of the backgdrop is problematic. As you know, it is made to order and custom to your requirements, it can't be resold or re-used. So we can't accept return for these items
If you make any changes to the customized background after placing the order, please check the following two situations for your review.
Situation #1 Before shipping, we need to charge a 30% modification fee based on the cost of modification, because we have already produced it for you.
Situation #2 If the product has already been shipped, then we will not accept any modification request.How long can I make a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
2. We can accept return, but you need pay the return shipping fee. We will not offer the return label.
3. Submit a return request at Contact Us
to Customer Service. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.How do I make a return?
1. Enter Returns Center.
2. Enter your order information.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
We will process your order in 24 hours after your order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation via email@example.com within 6 hours after your order is placed. We will try to satisfy your requests.
However, if the backdrop has been in processing and you want to cancel, we can only refund the shipping fee back, or you want to change something, we will charge extra 30% modification fee.
If your order has been dispatched, then your order can not be cancelled.
Please NOTE, personalized order cannot be cancelled after it is in production.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. After that, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be returned. Next contact your bank. Processing time is usually required before refunds. If you have completed all of these actions but have not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Quality Guarantee timeline
Our guarantee against quality issue (including color fading) is 30 days after the order delivery date. Within 30 days, we support free replacement. Any quality issue that exceed the deadline will not be dealt with.
