Warm Tips:
The product only includes the backdrop itself. The backdrop is not waterproof, please do not wash it in water, if it is dirty, you can use wet cloth to wipe it. It will be shipped by folded, you can roll in on a tube for one night or longer to remove crease. If necessary, you can iron the backdrop from the back side(no image) to eliminate wrinkles.

Matte Vinyl:
Our matte vinyl backdrops come in a variety of sizes and are vibrantly printed with high-quality latex ink for all your photography needs. All the sizes of this seamless backdrop come in one piece. Vinyl is tightly woven, plastic-coated fibers, making these backdrops highly durable and great for both indoor and outdoor use.
Vinyl is lightweight and hung easily from a stand with clamps. Easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth but do not apply too much pressure.
Microfiber Cloth:
Our microfiber cloth is wrinkle-free, machine washable and dryer safe, light absorbent, and will last for years to come! These backgrounds are great for their strength, durability, and portability for all your shoots. Computer printed images are pressed right into the fabric itself so fading is not an issue, no matter how many times you use it!
The backdrops come with a sewn-in rod pocket for easy hanging. Easy to wash on a delicate cycle and either line dry or use low heat in the dryer to keep your backdrops clean.

For customers in US, Lofaris offers Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 and Free Express Shipping on orders over $100.
For customers in other coutries, Lofaris offers Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 and Free Express Shipping on orders over $150.

Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.

How to clean:
Our vinyl backdrops are prefect , So don't worry about the messes. Just take a damp cloth with water and/or a gentle cleaner(like soap) and wipe clean. In some cases the backdrops could become wrinkled, justlay them face side down for 24 hours or so and they should become flat again. You could also lay it flat, face down in outside inthe heatto remove creases.

Please understand that every computer screen is different, therefore,colors may vary slightly. Please understand that all of our pictures are taken from real items,but the color of them maybe slightly different from the pictures due to light conditions and shadow or brightness of your monitor.
