Beautiful product! We installed these balloons for a surprise birthday for a wife and her favorite color is rose gold. The color combination was perfect!! The champagne bottle and glass were balloons that I personally added, so they do not come with this pack. I'm a balloon artist so re: specs, I purchased 2 packs of these to make that balloon garland and the balloons held up in the wind & momentary rain.
LOVE this ! I was actually able to make TWO arrangements with what came in the order . Just cut the balloon tape in half . It was so EASY to assemble . I even had plenty of glue dots left over . This is worth every penny . I would absolutely recommend and going to order again for sure !
Super easy to assemble! Definitely recommend having a balloon electric pump. Made my daughters party! Her and her team friends all loved it. I expected it to take at least two hours to do. If you have an assembly line of someone blowing the balloons, someone tying and someone putting the balloons to the little plastic holes on the strip m....you can do the whole thing in a half hour or less!
Very easy to use, I use an electric double balloon pump and inflate them the night before, I was worried they would lose some air, but none of them deflate or explode. Very good quality and beautiful, everyone gives me compliments about it,

Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.

Q:How do I use a coupon?
A:After adding the products to shopping cart, click the link "Cart" at the top of this website to view your shopping cart and click the "CHECK OUT" button. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code.
Q:Do you offer Rush options?
A:Yes! Please reach out to us at service@lofarisbackdrop.com so that we can work out if we can meet your deadline. Please note, we still require 5 Business Days for production and might send an invoice for Express Shipping. Once Rush Production starts, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed. If there are issues with your shipment, we would be happy to work on a solution with you!
Q:How can I reach customer service regarding questions I have about an order?

Q:What is your turn-around time for custom backdrops?
A:Custom orders will usually have a digital proof sent within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is a representation of what your backdrop will look like, however, some color variations might occur due to different monitor calibrations. Production will start after you send us your approval, at which time we are unable to cancel the order. Custom orders that are cancelled before production will be refunded minus $10（custom fee） of the order cost.
Q:Are your products warrantied?
A:Due to the intended product use, consumable items such as paper and vinyl backgrounds, which are designed for limited uses then disposal, cannot be warrantied beyond any initial shipping damage or obvious defect in workmanship.
