I received this backdrop in white as a birthday gift and I'm blown away with this one. I've purchased some cheaper ones that work just fine, but they are thin and not of great quality. Lofaris backdrops knows what's up. Superb quality and craftsmanship. Thick material that does not allow light to penetrate through. This folds up nicely and does not take up storage space and if you use your clamps and elastic side clips, there are zero wrinkles if set up right. I will definitely be buying more of these in other colors.
These backdrops are awesome!! GREAT quality. Putting them in the dryer gets rid of the wrinkles. I'm so happy I got these. If I ever need to buy more backdrops, I would only get Lofaris. Other black backdrops can be see-through, but this one is not at all. Very solid

This backdrop was perfect for my needs! I used it for a balloon arch for a birthday celebration. It is a great quality product, excellent durability and exactly as advertised. The fabric was soft and fell perfectly into place. You will need to iron it to get the wrinkles out from packaging. I’ve ordered a lot of backdrops over the years, and this one is by far one of the best I’ve ever ordered online. Definitely recommend this product!

Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.

Q:How do I use a coupon?
A:After adding the products to shopping cart, click the link "Cart" at the top of this website to view your shopping cart and click the "CHECK OUT" button. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code.
Q:Do you offer Rush options?
A:Yes! Please reach out to us at service@lofarisbackdrop.com so that we can work out if we can meet your deadline. Please note, we still require 5 Business Days for production and might send an invoice for Express Shipping. Once Rush Production starts, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed. If there are issues with your shipment, we would be happy to work on a solution with you!

Q:What is your turn-around time for custom backdrops?
A:Custom orders will usually have a digital proof sent within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is a representation of what your backdrop will look like, however, some color variations might occur due to different monitor calibrations. Production will start after you send us your approval, at which time we are unable to cancel the order. Custom orders that are cancelled before production will be refunded minus $10（custom fee） of the order cost.
Q:Are your products warrantied?
A:Due to the intended product use, consumable items such as paper and vinyl backgrounds, which are designed for limited uses then disposal, cannot be warrantied beyond any initial shipping damage or obvious defect in workmanship.
Microfiber Cloth Features:
1. Microfiber is wrinkle free and seamless, foldable storage.
2. The pattern is realistic, color fidelity and the stereo sense is strong.
3. It is heavier than polyester, high density, and lightproof.
4. It can be washed and ironed by dryer.
5. Computer printed images are pressed right into the fabric itself so fading is not an issue, no matter how many times you use it!
How to clean:
You can wash on a delicate cycle and either line dry or use low heat in the dryer to keep your backdrops clean over and over again.
Polyester Material Features:
1. Polyester is light, soft and smooth elastic fabric.
2. Wrinkle-resistant material, thin and smooth, almost silky.
3. It is durable and can be machine washed for many washes without fading.
4. Each side is hemmed and stitched to extend its life.
Warm Tips:
The backdrop will be folded for shipping, resulting in light crease, please use a steam iron to iron the back of the item.
