Parcel received very very quickly. I really hate to test them. I love the colors, they are soft and neutral. They'll be used for a baby shower. This color is perfect for a babyshower or the genre will only be discovered the same day at invitations, because it is neither 'blue' nor 'rose''.
All the balls with the wife were inflated in about an hour and a half, the hand pump was used to help. Only a couple of balls burst, during the time they inserted them into the tape, and many balls remained which did not enter the tape. The seller sent everything quickly, in the kit there was still a double-sided Scotch (we did not use) attached to the banner tape, so as not to blow the wind full on. up Definitely recommend!

Very beautiful colors! Everything corresponds to the description. It is a pity that not all the balls came in size to the pump and the part had to be inflated by itself. Collected the entire Garland in less than 2 hours (together). But it turned out too thin, when you mount on the wall, you can still add more balls to the wall and ceiling (in addition to the main Garland), so it will be be more.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.

A:After adding the products to shopping cart, click the link "Cart" at the top of this website to view your shopping cart and click the "CHECK OUT" button. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code.
Q:Do you offer Rush options?
A:Yes! Please reach out to us at service@lofarisbackdrop.com so that we can work out if we can meet your deadline. Please note, we still require 5 Business Days for production and might send an invoice for Express Shipping. Once Rush Production starts, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed. If there are issues with your shipment, we would be happy to work on a solution with you!

Q:What is your turn-around time for custom backdrops?
A:Custom orders will usually have a digital proof sent within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is a representation of what your backdrop will look like, however, some color variations might occur due to different monitor calibrations. Production will start after you send us your approval, at which time we are unable to cancel the order. Custom orders that are cancelled before production will be refunded minus $10（custom fee） of the order cost.
Q:Are your products warrantied?
A:Due to the intended product use, consumable items such as paper and vinyl backgrounds, which are designed for limited uses then disposal, cannot be warrantied beyond any initial shipping damage or obvious defect in workmanship.
