This gold back drop stand was MUCH MUCH smaller than I anticipated. I can't believe I spent all of this money for a table top stand. The other pictures shown within these reviews reveals the size of stand I THOUGHT I was getting.
As you can see from my pics, I have a small version and it looks more yellow than gold. It was easy to assemble but hard to disassemble so I left it together when stored. I did not like how sheer the covers were...you could see straight through them. I thought they were vinyl, which would have provided a more opaque look.
I was very upset when I received this product but dealt with it the best I could since my events were less than one week away from delivery date.
Hello Brenda, thanks for your review. You order the size of the backdrop is 3ft. So we made that size for you. :( If you do not like that size. For the metal stand, you chose the size: fit to the backdrop. So we ship the same size 3ft for u. :( Regarding disassembly, in order to make the stand stronger, disassembly is slightly more difficult than install. We will feedback to the factory about your proposal. thank you so much for your suggestion.
It was great. Just have to learn how to take the ring apart.

I submitted artwork for the backdrop and both were received on time and looked great! Tip on the frame - put it together on the ground or it won’t be straight!

Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.

Q:How do I use a coupon?
A:After adding the products to shopping cart, click the link "Cart" at the top of this website to view your shopping cart and click the "CHECK OUT" button. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code.
Q:Do you offer Rush options?
A:Yes! Please reach out to us at service@lofarisbackdrop.com so that we can work out if we can meet your deadline. Please note, we still require 5 Business Days for production and might send an invoice for Express Shipping. Once Rush Production starts, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed. If there are issues with your shipment, we would be happy to work on a solution with you!

Q:What is your turn-around time for custom backdrops?
A:Custom orders will usually have a digital proof sent within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is a representation of what your backdrop will look like, however, some color variations might occur due to different monitor calibrations. Production will start after you send us your approval, at which time we are unable to cancel the order. Custom orders that are cancelled before production will be refunded minus $10（custom fee） of the order cost.
Q:Are your products warrantied?
A:Due to the intended product use, consumable items such as paper and vinyl backgrounds, which are designed for limited uses then disposal, cannot be warrantied beyond any initial shipping damage or obvious defect in workmanship.
